How do I redeem a Made In Oldstead gift voucher?
Redeeming one of our food box vouchers couldn't be easier!
Made in Oldstead food boxes and Signature boxes are available for delivery on Fridays throughout September and October, subject to availability.
Signature Box Vouchers
To redeem Signature Box vouchers, simply add your chosen delivery date to your cart, then you'll have the option to enter your voucher code at checkout, and that's all done! Please note, if you add any optional extras such as cheese or alcohol, you will need to pay this remaining balance.
Classic Weekend Vouchers
We no longer offer a Classic Weekend Box, however no fear! If you have a Classic Weekend voucher, you'll absolutely still be able to redeem this. Please pop an email to our Customer Team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will more than happy to help you redeem your voucher.
To redeem monetary vouchers, simply add your chosen products to your cart, then you'll have the option to enter your voucher code at checkout. If your voucher value is greater than the cost of the products, the exact same voucher number can be used again for a future order(s). The remaining balance of your voucher will be shown on the order confirmation email for your reference.
Please note that food boxes are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you offer collection for your food boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate collections for our boxes.
What food boxes can I purchase, and how much do they cost?
We offer different premium at-home menus to suit a variety of tastes.
Made In Oldstead Food Box
Customers have different three-course menus to choose from, and one is always vegetarian. These menus serve two people and range in price between £59-£79 including shipping.
Unfortunately, you are unable to swap courses between different menus.
The Signature box is ideal for an extra-special occasion, containing a five-course menu for two people, plus matching wine.
Our Signature food box costs £135 and includes shipping.
Do you accept Amex?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Amex as a payment method.

Do you cater for dietary requirements in your Made In Oldstead food boxes?
We are pleased to offer a vegetarian version of our Made in Oldstead three-course food box, however, at present, we're unable to accommodate or cater for any other dietary requirements.
Allergens are always listed on each product page, and for specific allergen information for different menu components, please do email our team email@example.com who will be more than happy to help.
Unfortunately, we're unable to split a food box between vegetarian, and non-vegetarian at present. We are always working towards adding more options to our food boxes in the future.
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email of my order?
We've found that sometimes our confirmation emails find their way into people's junk/spam folders, so please do check there first.
If it's not there, pop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the booking name, or order number and someone will be able to help you.
How are Gift Vouchers delivered?
All our gift vouchers can be delivered in two ways – either as a Postal Voucher or Email Voucher. If your order consists of more than one voucher, you can choose to have each voucher delivered in different ways.
Email delivery will have vouchers attached as a PDF which can either be printed off and sent by yourself or sent directly to the recipient.
Vouchers sent by postal delivery will be packaged in our beautiful gift voucher presentation envelopes and delivered using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Orders placed before midday (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched on the next working day. Royal Mail aims to deliver all Tracked 48 post in 2-3 working days.
How are drinks, books and other non-food box items delivered?
Drinks, books and other non-food items are delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked & Signed 48 service.

Please note a signature will be required on delivery.
How are Made In Oldstead food boxes delivered?
Food Boxes are delivered in wool insulated chilled boxes by a third-party courier, DPD, between 7.30am - 7.30pm on the day of delivery.
DPD aim to deliver within a one hour delivery window. Tracking information is provided on the morning of delivery, on rare occasions this may not happen. If you do not receive your Food Box by 6pm on Friday, please do contact us at email@example.com where a member of our team will be able to assist you.
DPD can deliver to the UK mainland, however, this unfortunately, excludes anywhere in the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Borders as next-day delivery is not available. Excluded postcodes include (DG, TD, AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH). We are incredibly sorry for this inconvenience.
If you are not at home when the delivery arrives, DPD will attempt to leave your food box in a safe place. Please help by specifying a cool, dry, safe place that your delivery can be left in the notes section during checkout.
While we aim for Friday delivery of all our food boxes, this cannot be guaranteed. We work with a third party courier and cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. If delivery cannot be made on Friday, DPD, if able, will attempt to make a Saturday delivery. We will always aim to contact you where possible to let you know and take steps to minimise the delay.
Food box orders may be packaged and sent in more than one delivery. Food box sales are final, non-transferable and non-refundable.
How soon do I need to consume my Made In Oldstead food box after receiving?
Our Made In Oldstead Food Boxes are designed to be enjoyed within three days of delivery.
The food boxes also contain instructions about how to re-heat and serve each item.
When can I buy a food box?
Made in Oldstead food boxes and Signature boxes are now available for Friday delivery throughout September and October.
The food boxes remain on sale until they have sold out, and they are on a first-come, first-served basis.
How long are Gift Vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for use within 12 months from the date of purchase. The exact date will be shown on your voucher.
