How are Made In Oldstead Food Boxes delivered?

Food Boxes are delivered in wool insulated chilled boxes by a third-party courier.

While APC aims to deliver an accurate delivery window and tracking information on the morning of delivery, on the rare occasion this may not happen. If you do not receive your Food Box by 4pm on Friday, please do contact us at shop@tommybanks.co.uk where a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Our third-party courier delivers to the UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands and Borders. Excluded postcodes include (DG, TD, AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH). If you live outside our delivery area, please contact us by email shop@tommybanks.co.uk to find out alternative shipping costs.

If you are not at home when the delivery arrives, your local courier has been told to leave your food box in a safe place. Please help by specifying a cool, dry, safe place that your delivery can be left in the notes section during checkout.

While we aim for Friday delivery of all our food boxes, this cannot be guaranteed.  We work with a third party courier and cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.  If delivery cannot be made on Friday our courier, if able, will attempt to make a Saturday delivery. We will always aim to contact you where possible to let you know and take steps to minimise the delay.

Food box orders may be packaged and sent in more than one delivery. Food box sales are final, non-transferable and non-refundable.
