The Made in Oldstead Classic Weekend Box contains two different three-course meals with each meal serving two people. The order will be delivered to your home by courier on Friday 5th February along with instructions for reheating.
Menu One starts with a classic French onion soup using Sturon onions from the farm, as well as an Old Winchester cheese straw, and chive oil to drizzle.
For main, a salt-aged confit duck leg served with a tomato and smoked bacon cassoulet, parsley and wild garlic caper salsa and a lovage and parsley herb crumb.
To finish, classic carrot cake served with a carrot puree and candied walnuts and carrots.
Menu Two begins with traditional chicken liver parfait topped with a blackberry puree accompanied by a buttery brioche and pickled apples.
Next, a beautiful piece of braised beef cheek topped with a beef fat crumb, served with a horseradish pearl barley, roasted chantenay carrots and pickled walnut puree.
To finish, a rich chocolate torte with an almond and hazelnut base, served with crème fraiche and honeycomb.
